The first grade students at Meigs South have been learning about various fairy tales.  In December, all four first grade classes went to the movie theater to see The Princess and The Frog. 

This movie was very entertaining and informative.  We were able to compare the movie and the written fairy tale when we returned to school.  We love taking field trips that help our students relate to the lessons that we are teaching.
