The Board’s goals are:

1. To ensure that the best qualified personnel are recruited and employed to staff the school

system;

2. To provide staff compensation, benefits and working environment sufficient to attract and

retain qualified employees;

3. To provide an in-service training program for all employees to improve their performance;

4. To conduct an evaluation program that will contribute to the continuous improvement of

staff performance; and

5. To ensure that personnel are assigned so that they are utilized as effectively as possible.
