This offers high school students the opportunity to receive post-secondary credit for the skills that they have attained at the secondary level.

Conditions and Regulations

Student must achieve 85% proficiency in the specific competencies to be eligible
-
Must enroll at the post secondary institution that offers the course of articulation
-
Enroll in the post-secondary institution within two years of high school graduation.

Must be included in student’s six year plan, and the student must complete the initial four years of the approved six year plan
-
Must receive a high school diploma or GED from their respective high school

The articulated credit will receive a letter grade of A or B and will be applied toward a degree or a certificate.

Credit will be awarded upon official admittance at the Post-Secondary Institution

This credit will carry no quality points and will not count in the calculation of the grade point average.

The articulated credit will reduce the number of hours needed to complete a certificate or diploma in a specific program
There will be no charge for the credit granted. Other institutions have the discretion to honor this credits.
