The 2007-08 Survey is available now.  Here are some reminders--

1) Parents and staff with more than one child in the school system are encouraged to submit multiple surveys if they feel they need to reflect different information for each child.

2) Our electronic system only allows for one survey per "computer".  If you have more than one child in the school system, you'll need to complete the 2nd and subsequent surveys via printed form or access the site from another computer.

3) To print and complete the form with pen and paper, download the PDF version of the survey at the bottom of this article.  You'll need the free program called Adobe Acrobat reader in order to open, view and print the file on your printer.  Most computers already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, but if you need to you can download it now.
